Fredrikson shareholders have re-elected Christina K. Brusven, Joseph J. Cassioppi and Melodie R. Rose to serve three-year terms on the firm’s board of directors. They join Kevin P. Goodno, Loan T. Huynh, Leigh-Erin Irons, Sean P. Kearney, Steven J. Quam and Masha M. Yevzelman.

The board reappointed Rose as president of Fredrikson, and Goodno and James H. Snelson as executive vice presidents, and appointed Brusven as executive vice president to join them on its executive committee. Kearney and Quam continue to serve as chairs of the board of directors, Yevzelman as secretary and Todd Wind as treasurer.

Lisa M. Agrimonti, Alethea M. Huyser and John S. Parzych were re-elected by Fredrikson officers to serve on the Fredrikson Foundation board of directors. They join Emily S. Pontius and Benjamin R. Tozer.

The Foundation has been providing financial grants since 1974, which now supports organizations across Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
