Fredrikson is ranked for the fifth consecutive year among the most active law firms advising on merger and acquisition (M&A), private equity and venture capital in PitchBook’s 2023 Annual Global League Tables. Fredrikson maintained its position in the top 10 in the U.S. for private equity, and was the 14th most active law firm for M&A deals and 23rd most active for venture capital deals in the U.S. It has market leading scale among regional law firms.
