Attorney Ethan C. Wold has joined Fredrikson's Health Law and Life Sciences groups in the Minneapolis office.

Wold combines discipline and clarity to deliver straightforward legal solutions in the ever-evolving world of health law. He supports health care providers and other industry clients on regulatory compliance, governance and corporate transactions. Wold has experience with a variety of matters involving complex legal frameworks such as Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Prior to joining Fredrikson, he served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
