Ethan supports health care providers and other industry clients on regulatory compliance, governance and corporate transactions. He has experience with a variety of matters involving complex legal frameworks such as Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Ethan served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
