Fredrikson attorney Jackson G. O'Brien has been appointed to the Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission. O'Brien will serve a three-year term beginning July 2026.
The Grievance Commission hears the ethics complaints formally prosecuted by the Attorney Disciplinary Board and may dismiss, admonish or recommend discipline up to revocation of license to the Iowa Supreme Court.
