Attorney Katherine E. Graf has joined Fredrikson’s Litigation and Internal Investigations groups in the Minneapolis office.

Graf is a skilled litigator and counselor who provides clear, business-minded and actionable legal advice across a range of issues. She assists organizations with complex legal challenges, including consumer class actions, real estate and privacy litigation, subpoena responses, internal investigations and contract disputes.

Graf has significant experience in crisis response and managing high-stakes and time-sensitive disputes. She has also led internal and external investigations involving allegations of misconduct, policy violations and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Graf spent 14 years as an in-house litigator at Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies.
