Katie is a skilled litigator and counselor who provides clear, business-minded and actionable legal advice across a range of issues.
Katie assists organizations with complex legal challenges, including consumer class actions, real estate and privacy litigation; subpoena responses, internal investigations and contract disputes. Katie has significant experience in crisis response as well as managing high-stakes and time-sensitive disputes. She has also led internal and external investigations involving allegations of misconduct, policy violations and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Katie spent fourteen years as an in-house litigator at Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies. That experience provides her with deep understanding of how business leaders think and prioritize when faced with legal challenges, allowing her to tailor legal strategies to business needs.
