McLean-Robertson focuses her practice on advising clients in complex transactions involving regulated industries and real property assets. She leverages a deep background in environmental, land use, zoning and regulatory matters to guide clients through the risks and opportunities inherent in complex transactions. McLean-Robertson is experienced in guiding developers, municipalities, energy companies and government agencies on compliance with federal, state and local regulations, including environmental review processes and permitting requirements. She has extensive experience conducting environmental due diligence in real estate transactions, helping clients identify and mitigate potential liabilities.
McLean-Robertson is licensed to practice in New York; Minnesota license is pending.
