Abbie S. Olson

Abbie is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist with experience representing clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and real estate litigation.

Abbie works with her clients to help them through every stage of a transaction, including due diligence, title and survey review, entity formation, drafting and negotiations of contracts and purchase agreements, review of contracts, lease negotiations, preparation of easements, subdivision of property, development of common interest communities, closing proceedings and post-closing obligations. She interprets and renders advice on laws and regulations pertaining to real property, including commercial and residential transactions, title marketability and defects and real property disputes. Abbie also serves as Deputy Title Examiner for Blue Earth County, Minnesota.
