Abbie S. Olson

Abbie is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist with experience representing clients in all aspects of real estate transactions.

Abbie collaborates with renewable energy clients for project development while focusing on the real estate aspects of site acquisition and control. Abbie provides clients with detailed review and analysis of due diligence materials such as surveys, title commitments, title proformas and exception documents. She provides drafting assistance and detailed review and analysis of leasing and easement agreements.

Abbie works with commercial clients through every stage of a real estate transaction, including due diligence, title and survey review, entity formation, drafting and negotiations of contracts and purchase agreements, review of contracts, lease negotiations, preparation of easements, subdivision of property, development of common interest communities, closing proceedings and post-closing obligations. She interprets and renders advice on laws and regulations pertaining to title marketability and defects and title corrective actions.

Abbie also serves as Deputy Title Examiner for Blue Earth County, Minnesota.
