Overview
Ellen assists condemning authorities and private owners in acquisition negotiations, eminent domain actions and related land matters. She also supports power producers with permitting, siting and regulatory matters for infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Ellen interned for Chief Judge James D. Peterson of the Western District of Wisconsin. Ellen was also a student attorney at the University of Wisconsin Federal Appeals Project where she assisted with appellate litigation for cases in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
