Grace E. Manzione

Grace represents clients of all sizes, ranging from startups to large private and public companies with business formation and organization, corporate governance, capital raising transactions and general corporate matters.

Grace has her finger on the pulse of emerging markets. She has experience representing clients in growing industry sectors including bio technology, medical technology, decentralized finance and insurance technology. She has served as associate counsel on over 20 deals of varying size and structure with an aggregate value exceeding $300 million.

• Represented a bio-tech company in its series A-2 financing round

• Represented an insurance technology company in its series A financing round

• Assisted a bank holding company in its subordinated debt private offering

• Represented multiple SaaS companies with negotiating data processing agreements and customer service contracts
• Drafted a MAP policy and reseller agreement for a commercial product developer
