He helps advise clients on potential risks and mitigations strategies through all stages of the transaction by conducting due diligence, preparing diligence memoranda and negotiating and drafting ancillary transaction documents. He also advises clients about legal issues encountered throughout their life cycles, including corporate structuring and entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, capital raising and general business matters.
