Max G. Aufderheide

Max assists clients with business combinations and strategic matters involving mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as general corporate needs.

As a part of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Max represents public and private companies in a variety of business transactions. Max provides his clients with candid legal advice that helps them succeed. His strong attention to detail produces dependable results.

Max’s experience includes being a member of the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic at Penn State Law, where he worked with startup companies to provide a range of necessary contracts, organizational filings and general legal advice to ensure their ventures thrive.
