Fredrikson announces the addition of nine new attorneys to the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Max G. Aufderheide is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Aufderheide assists clients with business combinations and strategic matters involving mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as general corporate needs. Aufderheide represents public and private companies in a variety of business transactions. Aufderheide provides his clients with candid legal advice that helps them succeed. His strong attention to detail produces dependable results.

Kelly A. Carlson Dahl is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Condemnation & Eminent Domain and Energy & Natural Resources groups. Carlson’s practice focuses on regulatory and energy law matters, as well as condemnation and eminent domain. Carlson is part of a team advising utilities and independent power producers on siting, routing, permitting and other regulatory matters. Carlson also assists condemning authorities and private owners in acquisition negotiations, eminent domain actions and the various land rights matters and disputes that go along with the construction of infrastructure.

Henry J. Killen is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups. He assists both buyers and sellers of all sophistication levels throughout the M&A process, specifically by managing the due diligence process, handling document drafting, and working with a proactive fervor that ensures reliability on any deal. Killen is committed to solving his clients’ business needs by leveraging his extensive business-related course work in law school and college.

Aramis J. Mendez is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Real Estate & Construction Group. Mendez blends passion and expertise in his work for real estate clients. Mendez works with real estate clients across several industries in complex real estate transactions, including land use and development, sales and acquisitions and leasing of commercial property. Prior to law school, Mendez worked with the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES) providing legal assistance to families in ICE detention.

Ayesha Mitha is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Employment, Labor & Benefits Group. Mitha assists clients with their employment-related matters. She also has experience researching and writing on matters for the Health Law and Immigration groups and has supported pro bono projects within the firm and community partner organizations.

Robert L. Rohloff is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate groups. Rohloff helps clients with both their general corporation matters and mergers and acquisitions. Rohloff focuses on providing efficient and client-oriented services. Growing up working on his grandparent’s farm in rural Minnesota taught Rohloff the value of working hard and having undeterred focus on a common goal. He brings those skills to his practice when working with clients to ensure they receive the most effective and beneficial outcome possible. Rohloff has experience assisting private equity firms, established corporations and small businesses. 

Dylan B. Saul is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Tax Disputes & Litigation, Property Tax Appeals and Litigation groups. Saul has experience conducting legal research and guiding clients through tax disputes and controversies, including audits, administrative appeals and litigation. Among other things, he assists with corporate income and franchise tax disputes, complex SALT matters, offers in compromise, sales and use taxes, and property tax appeals.

Levi A. Seidel is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Seidel focuses on the unique needs of companies to tailor transactions to individual clients. Seidel aims to provide clients with clear legal advice and efficient legal work product, and he does so through communication, business understanding, and fostering relationships with people he works with. Seidel brings experience working in both the education and healthcare industries; these experiences have guided his ability to communicate and help clients and colleagues meet their goals.

Riley Truax is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Truax assists clients with business combinations and strategic matters, as well as general corporate matters. Truax provides his clients with clear and concise legal advice to help them achieve their goals. Truax is focused on providing for the long-term needs of his clients and their businesses, leveraging his analytical skills he learned while studying economics before studying law.
