Riley M. Truax

Riley is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups who assists clients with business combinations, strategic matters and acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters.

Riley provides his clients with clear and concise legal advice to help them achieve their goals. Riley is focused on providing for the long-term needs of his clients and their businesses and platforms, leveraging his analytical skills he learned while studying economics before studying law.
