Overview
Kelly’s practice has a broad focus on infrastructure development, including eminent domain and energy regulatory work.
Kelly works with both condemning authorities and private property owners in acquisition negotiations and eminent domain proceedings related to the development of infrastructure. She assists utilities and independent power producers with siting, routing, and permitting matters for energy development projects. Kelly also represents clients in real estate disputes including landlord–tenant issues, assessments, and boundary conflicts.
