Overview

Kelly’s practice focuses on regulatory and energy law matters, as well as condemnation and eminent domain.

Kelly is part of a team advising utilities and independent power producers on siting, routing, permitting and other regulatory matters. Kelly also assists condemning authorities and private owners in acquisition negotiations, eminent domain actions and the various land rights matters and disputes that go along with the construction of infrastructure.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Kelly worked for the University of St. Thomas Legal Services Clinic as an appellate clinic certified student attorney on a case in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
