Overview
Healthcare reform included a number of significant provisions pertaining to the 340B Program. While new entities are now eligible to enroll, there are important legal and regulatory considerations associated with structuring and documenting 340B drug arrangements. This webinar will cover key compliance issues and operational challenges with regard to these arrangements.
