Overview
ASCs are a great way to lower health care costs. But myths about the regulatory framework are pervasive. Many people believe that when a non-profit is part of the ASC, it must have a 51% control, or that you are “required” to meet the ASC safe harbors, but neither of those two statements are true.
We will walk through the real and imaginary legal requirements around ASCs, and also offer some practical considerations including limits on sharing space, contracting considerations and more. Join us this September for the ABCs of ASCs.
