Overview
During our May Health Law Webinar, attorneys from our Data Protection & Cybersecurity Group will discuss ethical obligations and considerations for in-house counsel relating to data security and technology.
Our attorneys will review the current cyber threat landscape (and issues regarding modern workplace technology) through the lens of legal ethics and, ultimately, provide some practical, common-sense advice for in-house counsel.
Continuing Education
We have applied for Ethics Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota. This education activity has been submitted to the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® and is currently pending their review for approval of CCB CEUs.
