Overview
The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) brought a wide range of waivers that greatly affected how health care is delivered and billed. Increased ability to offer telehealth, licensure waivers, exceptions to supervision requirements and more were key features of the PHE.
Our March 8, 2023 Health Law Webinar discussed a variety of issues to help hospitals and clinics prepare for the anticipated May 11, 2023 end of the PHE.
