Overview

Sean assists health care clients with transactional matters and regulatory compliance. He also has substantial experience advising clients on corporate governance matters and general corporate issues.

Sean has also assisted clients with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance and public and private offerings of securities.

Away from the firm, when not spending time with his pediatrician wife and their three young children, Sean is a competitive chess player, winning the Minnesota State Chess Championship each year from 2009 to 2016, and again each year since 2020.
