Drew focuses his practice on energy and public utility law, with expertise in renewable energy permitting, regulatory compliance and complex civil litigation.
Drew has experience assisting clients across the energy sector navigate evolving regulatory frameworks, secure project approvals and proactively mitigate legal and compliance risks. He counsels a wide range of clients, including public utilities, electric cooperatives, renewable developers and pipeline companies on permitting new infrastructure projects, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations after commercial operations commence.
In addition to his regulatory and permitting practice, Drew brings a strong background in civil litigation, enabling him to both prevent and resolve legal disputes efficiently. His litigation experience includes advocating for clients in administrative hearings and at the trial court and appellate levels. Whether guiding developers through the permitting process or representing utilities in high-stakes disputes, Drew delivers practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s unique challenges.
