Ben helps corporate clients complete mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and commercial transactions by providing practical advice.

Ben is a dedicated business attorney who assists clients with a range of mergers and acquisitions—both domestic and cross-border transactions. He has significant experience representing middle market private equity funds and private companies in a variety of industries in their mergers and acquisitions activities. Ben has closed transactions ranging from hundreds of thousands to over a billion dollars in enterprise value. Ben also helps clients navigate corporate matters throughout a private business’s life cycle, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, joint ventures, business planning and financing.

• Represents Audax, a Boston-based private equity fund, and its portfolio companies in add-on acquisitions, internal reorganizations, platform exits and ongoing corporate governance matters.
• Represents Arcline, a San Francisco-based private equity fund, and its portfolio companies in platform acquisitions, platform exits, and add-on acquisitions and ongoing corporate governance matters.
• Represented a private equity backed mental health service provider in four acquisitions of behavioral health service providers in transactions valued at more than $272 million.
• Represented a cybersecurity and software company in four acquisitions of technology companies in transactions valued at approximately $250 million.
• Represented a global strategic acquirer in its cross-border acquisition of a U.S. owned food importer in a transaction valued at more than $160 million.
• Represented a private equity backed electronics company in an acquisition valued at over $1 billion.
