Katherine has experience reviewing filings for compliance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.

Katherine’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. She works diligently to understand clients’ specific financial concerns and to strategize the most effective and efficient way to resolve those concerns. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Katherine clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Minnesota.
