Overview

On January 13, 2021, our Health Law Group address three primary topics in an expanded, 90-minute webinar. In the first, Katie Ilten focused on the new information blocking requirements. Next, Margy Ahmann answered the most common questions we have been getting about the CARES Act Provider Relief Fund, with a focus on the upcoming reporting requirements.

Finally, David Glaser continued the discussion about the new Stark and anti-kickback regulations, expanding upon the discussion from our December 2020 Health Law Webinar.
