Overview
Contracts seem like they are basic, but even our most experienced lawyers often find themselves wondering “should we agree to this indemnification provision?” or “why do all of these contracts require us to preserve records for CMS?” The act of including a term in the contract can be a multimillion-dollar error. This session will give very practical advice about terms we think should not be in a contract, and those we often wish were included, but were missing.
