Overview

The Biden Administration has announced changes to immigration policy, regulations and enforcement. Through executive orders and new bills proposed in Congress, the administration seeks to reform and reverse prior changes to U.S. immigration.

On March 10, 2021, attorneys from our Immigration Group discussed revisions already underway, proposed new regulations and law, and current updates on employment visas, travel bans and I-9 enforcement.
