Erin performs privileged, neutral investigations and guides clients as they navigate employment law compliance, with a focus on employer policies.

Erin regularly advises employers on a variety of day-to-day employment and business matters. She collaborates with clients to find effective solutions to complex problems. This includes guiding employers through internal and government investigations. Erin also creates legally compliant employer policies and handbooks, taking a practical approach to risk management that centers her client’s business.

In addition, Erin prepares and reviews required new hire notices under state law, employment, independent contractor and separation agreements, employee leave and reinstatement, and non-competition and confidentiality agreements.

When businesses encounter situations beyond their expertise or with civil or criminal legal implications, Erin acts as a neutral third-party investigator. She conducts privileged investigations and drafts thorough reports on which employers can rely using industry standard practices.
