Devin T. Driscoll

Devin leverages his knowledge of state and federal courts to help clients navigate complex litigation, either at trial or on appeal.

As a senior associate in Fredrikson’s Litigation Group, Devin represents clients in a wide range of disputes.

Before joining Fredrikson, Devin served as judicial law clerk to Chief Judge John R. Tunheim of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and to Associate Justice David L. Lillehaug of the Minnesota Supreme Court. He also worked as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Franklin Noel in the District of Minnesota as a law clerk in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. These experiences provided Devin insight into the trial and appellate systems of Minnesota’s state and federal courts, which help him effectively advocate for clients.
